Ankith Electronics

If you walk down 6th Main Road and turn into 3rd Cross in Mathikere Extension, you’ll find us at number 26. Ankith Electronics has been in this little corner for quite some time. The shop is full of boxes, wires, and old components that we’ve collected over the years. It’s a bit cramped, but we know where everything is. Most days, someone is sitting at the workbench with a soldering iron, trying to fix a circuit board or checking some power supply. We get all kinds of people coming in—students from the nearby colleges looking for parts for their projects, or neighbors whose electronics have stopped working. Mathikere is a lively place, and being on the 3rd Cross means we see a lot of the same faces every day. We aren't a big showroom with bright lights. It’s more of a place where you can come in and talk about what’s wrong with your gadget. We try to figure things out even if it takes a bit of time. The shelves are packed right up to the ceiling with capacitors, resistors, and all sorts of things that people don't usually see. We start work around ten and keep going until the evening. Sometimes the neighbors stop by just to chat for a bit while we work. It’s a quiet life in a busy extension, and we like being the local spot for these kinds of things.
