Master Designs

Master Designs is right in the thick of things in Shivaji Nagar at 283 26. If you’ve ever been to this area, you know how crowded it gets. There’s always someone shouting, horns honking, and the smell of food from the stalls nearby. Our office is up a flight of narrow stairs. It’s a bit cramped inside because we have so much stuff packed into a small space. We’ve got shelves full of old files and drawings that we haven’t looked at in years, but we can't quite bring ourselves to throw them away. The windows don’t block out much of the noise from the street, so it’s never really quiet here. We just got used to it. Usually, there’s a couple of us working at the main table. We don’t have fancy chairs or those standing desks you see in tech offices. We just use what we have. Most of our day is spent dealing with the logistics of whatever project is currently on the table. Sometimes we argue about how to handle something, but we always figure it out by the end of the day. Working in Shivaji Nagar means we are close to everything, which is helpful when we need to go grab a part or meet someone quickly. It’s a bit chaotic, but it’s home for us. We don't need things to be perfect to get the job done right. We just keep moving forward with whatever we have.
