Maruti Tyres has been sitting at 124/8 Shivaji Nagar on St Johns Church Road for a long time. If you know Shivaji Nagar, you know how packed the streets can get with all the shops and the people moving around. Our place is right in the middle of all that action. It is a working shop, so it’s not the cleanest place you will ever visit. There are stacks of tyres everywhere and the floor usually has some marks on it. We don't have a fancy showroom with bright lights. It’s more of a practical space where we can get the work done. The guys here have been working with their hands for years, and they know the business inside and out. We don't spend money on big ads or marketing. People just see the shop when they are driving by or they hear about us from a neighbor. The noise from St Johns Church Road is constant, but it keeps us on our toes. Sometimes the air smells like new rubber and exhaust, which is just part of the job. We don't have a fancy coffee machine, but there’s usually a tea stall nearby if someone wants a drink while they wait. It is a simple, hardworking shop that doesn't try to be anything else. We just focus on the tyres and making sure people can get back on the road safely without any fuss.
