Maruthi Enterprises

Maruthi Enterprises is located at No. 341 on 4th Main in Srinagar, Bangalore. It is a bit of a crowded area, but that is just Bangalore for you. Our place is easy enough to find if you know the neighborhood. We have been here at number 50 for a good stretch of time. It is a basic shop-style office where we keep all our inventory and do our bookkeeping. There is usually a bit of a mess on the main table because we are always in the middle of something. We don't have a cleaning crew coming in every night, so it looks like a place where people actually work. Srinagar has a lot of small businesses like ours, and we all kind of look out for each other. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out and about meeting people. When we are in the office, it's mostly about catching up on the boring stuff like invoices and orders. It’s not a high-tech operation. We use what we have and try to keep our overhead low. You might hear the local traffic or the neighbors talking while you’re here. It’s just a normal, everyday business. We don’t have fancy uniforms or a mission statement on the wall. We just show up, do the work, and hope for a productive day. It is straightforward and we don’t try to make it seem like more than it really is.
