Marjan Developers

Our office is tucked away on the 2nd Main Road in Pillanna Garden, specifically in the 3rd Stage area. It is a decent spot in Bangalore, not too far from the main traffic but quiet enough that we can actually hear ourselves think. We are Marjan Developers, and we mainly focus on local building projects and fixing up properties around this side of town. The office is at number 4. It’s a basic setup with some desks, a few chairs for visitors, and stacks of blueprints that seem to grow every week. We spend a lot of time out at the sites, checking on the masonry work or seeing if the plumbers showed up when they said they would. You know how it goes with construction—something always comes up that wasn't in the plan. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to write fancy brochures. It is just us trying to make sure the houses we build are sturdy and that people are happy with where they live. Sometimes we have tea with the neighbors while we discuss the next phase of a project. It’s a lot of manual labor and coordination, but we’ve been doing this long enough that we have a good rhythm. We don't promise anything we can't do. We just look at the land, see what can be built, and then we get to work on making it happen.
