Our office is tucked away in Indiracolony, right near Attiguppe in the Vijayanagar part of Bangalore. It’s the 14th house, so it’s easy to find once you get into the lane. We’ve been handling accounting and tax work here for a good bit of time. Most of the day is spent looking at spreadsheets and filling out forms. It’s not the most exciting work for everyone, but someone has to do it. Shivaprakash and the rest of us stay pretty busy with all the different files that come through. The neighborhood is mostly quiet, which helps when you need to focus on numbers. We get a lot of local folks stopping by with their paperwork. Sometimes the office gets a bit cluttered with all the folders and receipts, but we know where everything is. It’s just a regular workspace where we try to keep things organized. We aren't a big corporate firm with a glass building. We’re just here in the RPCLayout area doing what we do. People around here know the address. Usually, we are drinking tea and checking through ledgers. If there’s a deadline coming up, we stay a bit later to finish. It’s honest work and we like being part of the community here in Bangalore. We don’t use any complicated systems, just the usual stuff that works. We keep it simple and just get through the pile of work on the desk every single day.
