Marbos Ceramics

Down at Sudham Nagar Belmont 40, we’ve got a lot of ceramics taking up space. It’s a solid building, but we’ve definitely filled it to the brim with boxes of tiles and heavy samples. Working with ceramics means you’re always dealing with weight, so the floors at Belmont 40 have seen a lot of heavy lifting over the years. We aren’t a big corporate office; it’s more of a place where we sit down with a pencil and paper to figure out quantities. The lighting isn't great, but it’s enough to see the patterns on the tiles. We get a lot of dust from the warehouse area, so we’re constantly wiping down the desks. The neighborhood is okay, though the traffic on the main road can be a bit loud during the rush hour. We spend our days checking stock and talking to people about what they need for their floors or walls. It’s pretty simple work, but it keeps us busy from morning until evening. We don't have any big mission statements or anything like that. We just show up, move the tiles around, and try to make sure we don't drop anything fragile. It’s been our routine for a while now, and we’re quite used to the way the place looks and feels, even if it is a bit cluttered at times. Usually, we're just making sure the right boxes get loaded onto the right trucks before the day ends.
