Richmond Town is a busy area, and being on the main road means we are always right in the thick of things. Our work mostly involves looking at land and figuring out what can be done with it. It sounds fancy when you say "promoters," but really it’s a lot of meetings, looking at maps, and talking to surveyors. We have a small team here, and we all pitch in with whatever needs doing. Sometimes the office is quiet, and other times it’s a total mess with papers everywhere. We don't put on a show for anyone. If you come in, you get the real version of us, probably drinking coffee and trying to solve some local zoning issue. We’ve seen the city grow in every direction, and it’s a challenge to keep up sometimes. We aren't interested in being the most famous name in town. We just want to get our projects moving and make sure everything is done by the book. It’s a lot of back-and-forth with different departments, which can be exhausting. But at the end of the day, we like seeing a project finally take shape. It’s just us doing our job in a part of the city we know well. It keeps us busy most days.
