Manufacturing Company

You can find us over at K.B.Bashyam 927, specifically on 2nd E Cross in the HRBR Layout. This part of Kalyan Nagar in Bangalore has grown so much lately, but our Manufacturing Company stays pretty much the same. We are tucked away in the 1st Block, and it’s actually a fairly decent spot to work compared to the more congested parts of the city. The building we are in has a lot of stairs and the hallways are a bit narrow, but once you get inside our area, there’s plenty of activity. We have several machines running most of the time, and the smell of oil and metal is always in the air. We don't really do much in the way of decorating; there are just some calendars on the wall and a lot of clipboards hanging near the benches. My desk is usually covered in drawings and notes written on scraps of paper. We drink a lot of coffee to keep going, especially when the Bangalore rain starts and makes everything feel a bit slow. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. We just focus on the parts we are making and making sure the dimensions are right before they leave the shop. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but there is a certain satisfaction in seeing a finished pile of goods at the end of a long week.
