Our office is tucked away at No.551/F, specifically on 1st B Cross in the 3rd Stage of Basaveshwaranagar. It is a quiet enough corner of Bangalore compared to the big main roads. We have been working out of this 4th Block location for some time now. We handle different types of development work, mostly focusing on residential projects. If you are familiar with this part of town, you know it is a nice residential area with a lot of trees. We just come in every morning, have our coffee, and start going through the site reports. There are several of us here, and we all have our specific tasks. Some days are busier than others, especially when we have a new project starting up. We are not about flashy offices or corporate talk. We prefer just getting the work finished on time. The building we are in is easy to spot once you get onto the cross road. We keep our files organized and try to make sure everything runs smoothly for the folks we work with. It is a bit of a maze in Basaveshwaranagar if you are not used to the stages and blocks, but we like it here. It feels like a proper neighborhood business. We do not spend much on marketing because we are usually busy with the actual construction side of things. It is a lot of coordination, but we have a good rhythm going after all these years.
