We are located at 23, Sri Sai Nilaya, which is on the 1st Cross in New Bank Colony, Konanakunte. It’s right near the Annapurneswari Temple, which is the main landmark if you are trying to find us. Bangalore is a big city, but our corner in Konanakunte feels a bit more like a neighborhood. Our office is a private limited setup where we manage our construction and development work. The office isn't very large, but we have enough space for our core team. We spend a lot of time coordinating with sites and making sure the materials are delivered on time. It is a lot of phone work and looking over technical drawings. We’ve been here for a while and the locals know the office. We don't use any fancy language to describe what we do. We just build things and manage the projects from start to finish. Sri Sai Nilaya is a quiet enough spot, which helps when we need to focus on the numbers or the legal papers. Our staff usually grabs lunch at the local spots nearby. We have a mix of experienced people and some newer folks all working together. It’s a basic office environment with computers, files, and a lot of coffee being drank. We don't have a mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just show up and do the work that needs to be done.
