Our office is situated at Mantri House, which is located at number 41 on Vittal Mallya Road. This is a very active part of the city, and being right on this road means we are always in the middle of everything. The building is usually full of people because we have many different departments working here, from the design teams to the people who handle the sales and the customer accounts. It is a busy environment and the phones never really stop ringing. Inside, it is a functional space with plenty of workstations and meeting rooms where we talk about floor plans and construction schedules. We have been at this location for many years, so we are very familiar with the neighborhood and the people around here. There is often a lot of coming and going with visitors wanting to see progress reports or looking at new project details. It is not a quiet office, but that is just the nature of the development business. We do not focus much on being fancy; we just want a place where we can coordinate all the different moving parts of our projects effectively. Most of the staff have been part of the team for a long time and they know the ins and outs of the local real estate scene. We just keep our heads down and focus on finishing the projects we started. It is hard work, but we are used to it.
