It’s a nice part of the city to work in. Our setup is inside Michael Villa, so it feels a bit more like a home than a stiff corporate office. We like it that way because it keeps things grounded. We manage our development business from here, focusing on various projects we have going on around Karnataka. The team here handles everything from the initial planning to the final handovers. It’s a lot of work and the office is usually quite full of energy. We have several departments working together in this space. There are always people coming and going, whether they are engineers or folks from the legal department. HRBR Layout is a well-established neighborhood, so we feel very much part of the local community. We don't have a lot of flashy signs or big lobbies. It’s just a place where we sit down and get the job done. We’ve been at this location for a good period and know the local area very well. Sometimes we have meetings in the small conference room, but mostly we are just at our desks. It’s a practical workspace for a busy development company like ours.
