We are based in Bangalore at 1122/A, 9th Main Road. This is a pretty central spot in Karnataka and it’s where we do all our planning and development work. The street is usually lined with cars and there is a lot of foot traffic. Our office isn't anything fancy, just a standard building where we manage our various real estate interests. We've been part of the Bangalore scene for quite some time now. You’ll find us there most weekdays. The office is usually filled with the sound of phones ringing and people discussing site plans. We handle the private limited side of things from this address. It takes a lot of people to run a development firm, from the guys on the ground to the ones handling the legal stuff in the back office. We don't bother with a lot of marketing talk or trying to look bigger than we are. We just focus on the buildings we are putting up. 9th Main is a good place to be because it’s easy for people to find us. We have a lot of files on the history of our projects stored here. The staff is local and they know the city inside out. We deal with the usual Bangalore challenges like traffic and power cuts, but we keep the office running anyway. It's just a regular workplace for us.
