Manju Design Build

Manju Design Build is based in the IDBI Layout area of Bannerghatta-Gottigere. Our office is at No 54 on the 1st Main. If you are coming down the road, we are right opposite South Avenue. This part of Bangalore is a bit further out, but it is much quieter than the city center. We like it here because it is easier to think and work without all the heavy noise. Our space is quite simple. We have a main room where we do most of the building plans and a small area for storing our tools and equipment. The building is a standard layout for this neighborhood. We spend a lot of time out on sites, but this is where we come back to handle the paperwork. Sometimes we sit on the steps outside and talk about the day's progress. There are a few small shops nearby where we get our lunch. We don't have any big signs or fancy lights. It is just a place where we show up, do the work, and go home. Being across from South Avenue makes it easy to explain our location to people. We have a few cupboards full of old files and some new samples we are looking at. It is a practical office for people who spend more time building things than sitting at a desk.
