Manito Builders Pvt Ltd is located on the second floor of Gvr Plaza. This is on the Bellary Main Road service road lane in Hebbal. If you are coming this way, we are near the Toyota showroom and the Universal building. The office is right above the street noise, so you can always hear the traffic from the flyover. We have a set of stairs that leads up to our floor. Inside, the office is divided into a few sections for the builders and the office staff. We have a lot of site photos and architectural plans spread out on the tables. The work involves a lot of coordinating with people at construction sites, so there is a lot of loud talking on the phones. It is a practical office with simple desks and a few cabinets for all the building permits and files. We keep a water cooler in the corner which gets used a lot during the summer. The windows are usually kept shut to keep the dust out from the main road. It is a no-nonsense kind of place. We start early in the morning and stay until the work for the day is finished. There is no receptionist; usually, you just walk in and talk to whoever is not on the phone. We like the location because it is easy to get to the outskirts from here.
