It’s just us here at Manipal Dot Net. We’re based out in a spot called Malbarkeri, which falls under the Kasarkod Post in Honavar. If you are familiar with the North Kanara district in Karnataka, you might know the area. Our pin code is 581342. We’ve been operating from this same address for quite a long time now. It is a quiet place, far away from the big city noise that you usually find with tech companies. We don't have a massive glass building or a fancy coffee machine in the breakroom. It’s just a regular office where we sit down and do our daily work. The weather around here can be pretty humid, especially during the monsoon months, but we have gotten used to it over the years. Most of the people working here are locals from around Honavar or nearby villages. We don't really have a big marketing budget or anyone to write professional sounding brochures. We just focus on the tasks we have and try to keep things moving. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet acts up because of where we are located, but we just deal with it as it comes. It's a simple life. We like being part of the community here. You won't see us running big ads on the television or anything like that. People mostly know us through word of mouth. We just keep our heads down and stay busy with our projects.
