Manickya Engineering Services

We operate out of a small place in Srinagar, Bangalore. It’s on the 3rd Cross in Kalidasa Layout. Ramesha and the rest of us are usually here working on various engineering bits. The address is actually a house—D.No.25:17. It’s a quiet residential lane, so it doesn't feel like a big noisy company. We have our tools and some benches set up. Bangalore has changed so much, but this little corner of Srinagar stays mostly the same. We do engineering services, which basically means we fix things or design small parts when people ask. We don't have a big marketing budget or a fancy website. Most people find us because they live nearby or someone they know told them about Ramesha. We drink a lot of coffee while we work. The space is a bit cramped because we have equipment everywhere. It’s not the kind of place where you’d see people in suits. We wear our work clothes and get our hands dirty. It’s been our home for the business for a long time. We like the local vibe of Kalidasa Layout. People walk by, say hello, and sometimes they have a project for us. We just take things as they come. It’s a simple life, and we get to do the technical work we enjoy without too much stress or corporate nonsense. We usually have the radio playing in the background while we measure things and draw up our plans.
