You can find us at Number 17 in the Venkatesh Building, over in Muneswara Layout. We are specifically on the 8th Main, 5th Cross, quite close to Blossoms School in the Hongasandra area of Bangalore. It’s a decent neighborhood and we’ve been settled here for some time now. Our work at Mangam Constructions is pretty straightforward building and site management. We don't have any big corporate slogans or anything like that. We just focus on the projects we have in front of us. The office is usually a bit messy with rolls of paper and samples of materials lying around. That’s just how we work. Being near the school means it gets a bit crowded during drop-off times, but otherwise, it's a good spot to run a business from. We take on various jobs around this part of Bangalore. Some days we are dealing with plumbers and electricians, and other days we are just trying to get the permits through the local office. It’s a lot of coordination. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just one that does a solid job for the people who hire us. We’ve lived in Bangalore long enough to know how the system works and who to call when we need things done. It’s honest work and it keeps the crew busy year-round. Sometimes the rain messes with our schedules, but we just adjust and keep going. We like the local vibe of Hongasandra and plan to stay here for a good while, helping the community grow piece by piece.
