Mane Vinyas

Mane Vinyas is our little office in Hanumanth Nagar on Arunachalam Mudaliar Street, at number 50. It’s an older part of the city and we really enjoy the vibe of the street. The building we are in has been around for decades, and our office has that old-school feel to it with high ceilings and heavy wooden doors. We do a lot of design work for homes, which is fitting given the name. Most of our clients are people from the local area who want to fix up their houses or build something new on their family land. We have a lot of books on architecture and interiors cluttering up the shelves. There is a small balcony where we keep a few potted plants and take our tea breaks. It is a quiet place to work, away from the main traffic of the bigger roads. We don't have a big sign outside, just a small brass plate next to the gate. Our team is basically just family and a couple of friends who have worked together for ages. We don't follow any corporate rules here. We just work hard, talk to our neighbors, and try to make sure every project we take on is handled with some care. It’s a slow and steady way of working that has kept us going for a long time now.
