Manasa Constructions

We've been at Plot Number 77 in Vidyaranyapura for a while now. If you're looking for our office, it’s on the 1st Floor right near the Bank of India. It’s a busy spot but easy enough to find once you’re in the area. Manasa Constructions is basically just us working out of this space. We do local building work around here. Most people know the landmark because the bank is right there. It’s not a huge office, just where we handle the paperwork and meet people to talk about their projects. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot from our window. People stop by to ask about home repairs or new builds. We try to keep things straightforward. No fancy lobby or anything, just desks and plans. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy with the street traffic, but that’s just how it is. Being near the bank helps because people use it as a reference point. We are usually here during the day unless we are out at a site checking on things. It’s a practical setup for the kind of work we do. We’ve lived and worked around here long enough to know the local regulations and how things move. It’s just a regular local business. If you walk up to the first floor, you'll see our sign. We're just trying to get the jobs done right and keep the office running while we move from one project to the next one.
