Man Infraconstruction Ltd has an office over in Bangalore. We are tucked away on 4th Main in RMV 2nd Stage. It is a bit of a quiet spot compared to the busier parts of the city. We are right next to Mangala Tiles, which is usually the landmark we tell people when they get lost trying to find our building. Being on 2nd Cross makes it easy to step out for a quick lunch at one of the local places nearby. The building is No. 6, and it’s a pretty standard space. Inside, it's mostly just us working on project plans and making calls. The Bangalore weather is usually okay, but the traffic on the main roads can be a bit of a headache during the evening rush. We have been here for a bit now and have gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. It’s not a flashy corporate office with glass walls or anything. It's just a place where we do our jobs. Most of the desks are covered in folders and drawings. We spend a lot of time talking about site visits and timelines. It gets a bit noisy when the guys from the tile shop are loading trucks next door, but we don't mind much. It feels like a real working area. We drink a lot of coffee here to stay alert. That’s pretty much the daily routine for us in this part of Bangalore and we are used to it.
