Mamatha Glass & Plywoods

We have our shop, Mamatha Glass & Plywoods, located at No.109 on Lakshman Rao Road. It is right in the middle of the Bvk Iyengar Road area, which stays crowded all the time. Dealing with glass and plywood means we have a lot of heavy lifting to do throughout the day. The space is filled with stacks of wood and sheets of glass, so you have to watch your step when you come in. It isn't a showroom with bright lights, just a regular place where we store and sell our materials. We’ve been here long enough that most of the local builders and carpenters know where to find us. Sometimes the street gets so packed with trucks and people that it’s hard to move, but that is just how business goes around here. We spend most of our time measuring things out and cutting pieces to size for whoever needs them. It’s dusty work and can be quite tiring. We don't have a big team, just a few of us making sure the orders are handled right. If someone needs a piece of plywood or a specific glass pane, they just drop by the shop. We keep things pretty straightforward. No big speeches or fancy talk, just the materials and the work that needs finishing. It’s a lot of manual labor, but we are used to it by now. The shop can be a bit messy with sawdust, but we try to keep it decent for visitors.
