Mallya Fine-Chem Private Limited is based out of the Peenya Industrial Estate, specifically in the 2nd Stage. Our units are C-331 and 332. It is a pretty standard setup for this part of town. We have been operating from this location for a good amount of time. If you have ever been to Peenya, you know it is packed with small units and various factories. The traffic can be a real headache in the mornings, but we manage to get here on time. Inside our space, it is mostly just the equipment and the desks for the staff to use. We handle a lot of fine chemicals, which means we have to keep things organized and tidy. It gets noisy with the neighboring workshops, but you get used to the sounds after a week or two. We are not trying to be some huge international corporation with glass walls and carpets. It is just a place where we put in our hours and get the stuff out to the people who need it. Sometimes we have a quick tea together in the afternoon when things slow down a bit. The address is not hard to find once you get into the 2nd Stage area. We have had some of the same people working here since the very beginning. It is honest work. We do not have a big marketing team or anything like that. Just the production area and the office. We keep an eye on the stock daily.
