Mallikarjun Associates

I’m writing this from our spot in Hubli. We are based out of a house, number 33 D, over in Omnagar. Most folks around here call it Teachers Colony, and it’s a pretty quiet neighborhood compared to the main market area. Mallikarjun Associates has been operating from this address for a while. It’s actually Chandrakant S. Gudi’s place, care of R.D. Kulkarni. If you are trying to find us, just head toward Sainagar and look for the colony gate. The house has a bit of a garden out front that someone is supposed to water, though we forget sometimes when work gets busy. Inside, it’s just a normal setup with a few tables and chairs. We don't have a big receptionist or a lobby. You just walk in and someone will be there to talk. Hubli can get quite dusty, so we spend a lot of time wiping down the desks. It’s a local operation, mostly just us handling the daily tasks and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. We know the neighbors and they know us. Sometimes we sit out on the porch during lunch just to get some air. It isn’t some high-rise office with glass walls. It’s just a regular home where we happen to run the business. We try to stay organized, but sometimes the files pile up a bit on the corner desk. We just do our best to stay on top of it all.
