Express Towing Service is based near Mantri Mall in Malleshwaram. Since we are so close to the mall, it is always a very busy area with plenty of traffic and people moving around. We don't have a big fancy office because most of our work happens out on the road anyway. Usually, you will find our trucks parked nearby, ready to go whenever someone calls. We have been doing this in the Malleshwaram area for quite a while now. It is a tough job sometimes, especially when the weather is bad or the traffic is completely blocked up. We don't really do the whole corporate marketing thing. We are just a team of drivers and mechanics who know how to get a vehicle moved safely. Our space is mostly just for keeping the tools and taking calls. It’s often a bit greasy and cluttered, but that is the nature of the towing business. We don't have any polished slogans or big speeches about what we do. It’s just about getting to the person who is stuck and helping them out. We spend a lot of time drinking tea at the local stalls while we wait for the next call to come in. It is not a glamorous life, but it is honest work and we are glad to be part of the community here. We just keep our trucks ready and wait for the phone.
