You can find us at Sursangam Society in Bangalore City, specifically in flat D/107. It’s a bit different working out of a society flat, but it keeps us close to the kind of homes we deal with every day. We’ve been involved in the housing scene for a bit now. It involves a lot of talking to neighbors and understanding what people actually want in a living space. It’s not just about walls and floors. We spend a lot of time on the phone or walking around different properties. Some days are just spent filling out forms and dealing with the local authorities. It’s not the most exciting part of the job, but it has to be done. We try to keep things honest and tell people the truth about a place, even if it’s not what they want to hear. The office is informal. We might be having lunch while we go over a contract. It feels more like a home than a workplace sometimes. We know the city well and have seen how the different societies operate. It’s a lot of small details that make a difference. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to handle our projects well and make sure the paperwork is in order for everyone involved. It’s a busy, local life, and we are just trying to navigate the housing market one day at a time.
