Mairaj Restaurant

Mairaj Restaurant is located at Jayanagar Bandra West No 24. It’s a busy place where the kitchen is always going from the morning. We have tables set up for anyone who wants to sit down and eat. The noise from the street usually drifts in through the front door because we keep it open. We’ve got a menu that covers the basics, and we don’t try to be something we’re not. It’s just a place for a meal. The chairs are a bit old, but they’re sturdy enough. We spend a lot of time prepping vegetables and making sure the pots are clean. The staff here has been around for a bit, so we work well together. Sometimes it gets a little chaotic when the lunch rush hits. We don’t have a lot of fancy decorations on the walls. It’s more about the food and getting it to the table. People from around Bandra West stop by often. We have these big fans on the ceiling that hum all day. They don't do much when it's really hot, but they're better than nothing. The floor is a bit uneven in places, so we have to be careful when carrying heavy trays. We get a lot of delivery drivers waiting by the door, which makes it feel even more crowded. It’s just a normal restaurant. We do our best to get the food out fast and keep things moving.
