Maintenance Exceutive

I work as a maintenance executive over in Bangalore, specifically at Gbj.382, 12th Cross, in the Hal Nts area near Marathahalli. Bangalore is always growing and there is always something that needs fixing or looking after. My days are usually filled with checking on facilities and making sure the general upkeep is handled. It's a lot of running around. The traffic in Marathahalli is pretty bad, so getting from one spot to another takes more time than the actual repairs sometimes. I’ve got my little office and storage space at the Gbj.382 address. It’s packed with ladders, toolkits, and spare bulbs. I don't have a big team, mostly I just handle the coordination and the hands-on work myself. I’m not into the whole corporate lingo thing. I just tell people what’s wrong and how long it’ll take to fix. It’s practical work. Sometimes it’s plumbing, sometimes it’s the lift acting up, or just basic carpentry. You have to be a bit of a jack-of-all-trades in this job. The 12th Cross area is where you can find me most mornings before I head out. It’s a busy life but I like being useful. I don't have a fancy logo or a mission statement. I just try to keep things running so other people don't have to worry about them. That's the long and short of it. It’s just what I do to keep the bills paid and the buildings in one piece. Nothing more than that really.
