You can find us over at Villa G in Mims Espacio, which is tucked away behind the Flying Club in Jakkur, Bangalore. It’s an interesting place to be because we can often hear the small planes taking off and landing nearby. Being in Yelahanka, we are a bit away from the main chaos of the Bangalore city center, which is nice. Our office is in a villa, so it’s not your typical cubicle-filled workspace. It feels a bit more like a home, which suits the way we work. Maini Global Aerospace deals with some pretty technical stuff, but our day-to-day life is quite ordinary. We drink a lot of coffee, sit in meetings, and look at designs. The area around Jakkur is still a bit green compared to other parts of the city, and having the Flying Club as a neighbor gives the whole place a specific atmosphere. Sometimes the traffic on the way to Yelahanka is a mess, but once you get inside the Mims Espacio gates, it’s much quieter. We have a small team here and everyone knows each other well. We don’t go in for big corporate speeches. We just focus on the aerospace components and projects we are responsible for. It’s a specialized field, but we try to keep our workplace relaxed and functional. Being in Bangalore means there’s always something changing, but we’ve stayed settled in our villa for a bit now. It’s just how things go for us out here in the northern part of town.
