Maia Pelican Grove Experience Center

We are at the Maia Pelican Grove Experience Center located in Bangalore, Karnataka. It is a space where people come to see what we are working on. Bangalore is a big city and things move fast here, but we try to keep things a bit more grounded at the center. It’s mostly about showing the projects and letting people get a feel for the designs. We aren't a huge team, just a few of us here to answer questions and show visitors around the displays. The atmosphere is usually quiet unless a big group comes through. We’ve got some models and photos set up so you can see the layout of the Pelican Grove area. It’s not a high-pressure sales place, just a spot to sit down and talk about the housing. Sometimes the tea machine acts up, but we usually have some water or coffee for anyone stopping by. The traffic in Bangalore can be a nightmare, as everyone knows, so we appreciate when people make the trip out to see us. We’ve been here in this part of Karnataka for a bit now and it feels like home. It’s a practical setup, nothing too fancy, just enough to show what the living spaces look like. We spend a lot of time updating the boards and making sure everything looks right for whoever walks in. It’s just a normal day-to-day operation here at the experience center. We stay open late sometimes if someone calls ahead of time.
