We’re located over at Phase 4, taking up plots 66 to 69 and 72 to 76. It’s a pretty large area because electric vehicles need a lot of room for assembly and testing. Since we're in an industrial phase, it’s all about the daily grind here. You won’t find much carpet or fancy decor in our main work areas. It’s mostly concrete floors and the hum of electric motors. We spend a lot of time looking at batteries and charging systems. The air here is a bit quieter than a normal car factory because electric cars don't make that much noise when you move them around the floor. We’ve got a lot of people coming in and out, from technicians to delivery drivers. Our desks are usually covered in technical drawings and half-empty tea cups. It’s a practical place where we’re just trying to get these cars ready for the road. We don't spend much time on fancy speeches about the future; we just make sure the bolts are tight and the software is running like it should. The weather can be a bit unpredictable out here in Phase 4, but the work inside stays the same. It’s a long walk from one end of the plots to the other, so we stay pretty active just moving between the different sections. It’s a lot of hard work, but we like the routine of it. We’re just a bunch of regular folks working on cars.
