Mahendra Associates

We’ve been based out of the Biskurappa Building in Halagevadera Halli for some time now. It’s a busy part of R R Nagar here in Bangalore. Most days start early for us because there’s usually a lot to get through before the afternoon heat kicks in. Mahendra Associates isn't some giant corporation with hundreds of people. It’s just us working out of this space, trying to keep things organized. You’ll find us at number 257 if you’re looking. The building itself is easy to spot once you get into the lane. We deal with a lot of local stuff and it keeps us on our toes. Sometimes the traffic outside gets a bit much, but that’s just how it is in this part of town. We don't have any fancy receptionists or big waiting rooms here. It’s mostly just desks, chairs, and a lot of papers stacked up. If you walk in, you’ll probably see someone on the phone or typing away. We try to be straightforward with how we do things. There’s no point in making it complicated. People around here know us as a regular local spot. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. New shops come and go, but we’re still here at the same spot. It’s a practical way to run a business, staying close to where everything is happening in Bangalore. We just focus on the task at hand and try to get it done.
