About Maharaja Furniture Exports – Furniture in Bengaluru
We've been at No.15 on Queens Road Cross for a good while now. It’s right near Chinnaswamy Mudaliar Road, which most people around Tasker Town know well. Being in the furniture export business means there is always something going on with shipments or looking at new pieces coming in. The shop isn't anything fancy to look at from the outside, but we keep busy. Some days the traffic on the road makes it hard for trucks to pull up, but we manage. People stop by when they’re in the neighborhood, often just to see what we have in stock that week. We don't really do much in the way of big ads or anything like that. It’s mostly just us here every day, moving tables or chairs around and making sure things get where they need to go. Working in this part of town is okay, though the rain sometimes makes the street a bit of a mess. My desk is usually covered in papers from different orders we're trying to track. We try to keep things simple. If someone needs a piece of furniture for their home or to send somewhere else, we just talk to them and see what can be done. It's a lot of physical work, lifting and packing, but that’s just how it is. Sometimes we stay late when a container needs to be filled. That's pretty much what life is like here at Maharaja Furniture Exports. We just get on with it.
