We are based in Bangalore, right on the second floor of the building at 385/10. This city is always moving so fast, but we’ve got our own little corner here where we handle things for Mafoi Management Consultants Ltd. Being in Karnataka means we deal with a lot of different people from all over the country. The office isn't anything like what you'd see in a fancy business magazine. It’s just a regular workplace with desks pushed together and a lot of folders and papers everywhere. We do a lot of hiring and management stuff, so the phones are usually busy all day long. We try to keep things organized, but sometimes when a big project comes in, the place gets a bit messy with paperwork and empty tea cups. We don’t really have a strict dress code or anything stiff like that. Most of us just wear what’s comfortable and get on with the job. We aren't here to give you a big sales pitch or make empty promises. We just provide the management services that companies ask for and try to do a decent job of it. It’s pretty basic work. We’ve been at this for a while, so we know how the local market functions. Most days we are just looking through resumes or talking to candidates on the phone. It’s a lot of work, but we have a good group here who don't mind putting in the hours to get things finished.
