Maersk Logistics

We are over in RMV 2nd Stage in Bangalore. The office is on 12th Cross, number 20. It's a decent area, quite a bit of greenery around compared to the main city center. We do the logistics side of things here. That means lots of tracking shipments and talking to drivers on their mobile phones. It's not a high-rise office, just a practical space for our team to work in. Karnataka is a big hub for this kind of work. We spend our days staring at screens and checking manifests. It’s 560094, a quiet enough corner for us to focus on the details. We’ve got a small team here. We know the local lunch spots well and go there often. Sometimes things get delayed at the ports or on the highway, and then our phones ring like crazy all morning. We just try to sort it out as it comes. It’s a lot of coordination between different people. We don’t go for anything flashy in our office. Just desks, computers, and a lot of logbooks that we still use. We've been at this address for a bit now. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad on the bikes. We keep things moving as best as we can. It’s just the daily routine of keeping cargo on the right track. We like the work and the people we deal with. It’s a steady life here in Bangalore. We just get on with it.
