Our office, Adithya Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd., is tucked away on the first floor at No. 14/ 4. We are located over in Madiwala Extension, specifically on 4th Main and 1st Cross, right near Hosur Road. It is a bit of a climb up the stairs, but we like it here. The area is always crowded because of the main road nearby, which can make parking a bit of a headache sometimes. We spend most of our hours dealing with boxes and manifests. It is a pharmaceutical business, so there is always something needing to be logged or moved. Being on the first floor gives us a bit of a view of the street, though mostly we just see the tops of buses and cars. We are not some big corporation with hundreds of workers; we are just a handful of people trying to keep things moving. Most of our day is spent making sure the supply chain stays intact. We have been in Madiwala for a while, and the neighborhood has changed quite a bit since we started. There are more shops now and the noise level has definitely gone up. Still, it is home for the business. We keep our space simple, focusing on the tasks at hand rather than decorating. It is a practical setup. We handle the paperwork, take the calls, and manage the logistics from this spot. It might seem mundane to some, but it is our daily reality. We are just here on the 4th Main, keeping at it.
