Madhu Industries

We are located in the Peenya GIDC Industrial Estate at plot 116. It’s a big industrial area and we’ve been part of it for a long time. Our work involves fabrication and metal processing. The sounds of grinding and welding are pretty much constant throughout the day. We have a solid group of workers who have been with us for years. The shed is quite large to accommodate the raw steel beams and the heavy machinery we use. We don't have a receptionist; usually, you just walk in and find someone on the floor. Peenya is a tough place to work because it’s so crowded and noisy, but it’s where all the industry is. We make frames and structures for various clients. Sometimes the work is very repetitive, but we have to keep an eye on the measurements. We use chalk to mark the metal before cutting. Our office is just a small cabin in the corner of the shed with a few chairs and a lot of files. We deal with a lot of dust and scrap metal every day. It’s hard work, but we finish the orders on time. We don't really do any advertising; people just know we are here at number 116. It’s a straightforward industrial life we have here in Peenya. We usually end the day by cleaning up the metal shavings and making sure the machines are oiled for tomorrow morning. It's a routine that works for us. The trucks come and go all day, bringing in materials.
