Madeena Hardware Co has been sitting here at Rabrindranath Tagore Nagar 50/1 for quite some time. It’s a busy area, and we fit right in with the rest of the shops. We mostly deal with tools, nails, and all those bits and pieces you need for home repairs. The shop is full of stuff, and sometimes it takes a minute to find exactly what you're looking for, but we usually know where everything is. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who know the inventory inside out. If you walk in, you’ll likely see one of us moving boxes or counting stock. It’s a noisy neighborhood, but we like it that way. We see the same faces coming in week after week. It’s nice when people know your name. We don’t bother with big slogans or anything. We just sell hardware. The building is an older one, so it has some character, and the floor might be a bit uneven in spots. We open up early because that’s when the workers are out looking for supplies. By the time evening rolls around, we’re usually ready to head home. It’s a straightforward life running a shop like this. We try to be fair with what we have. If a tool isn't right for what you're doing, we'll say so. That’s basically us.
