If you find yourself in Bsk 3rd Stage in Bangalore, you might walk right past us. We are located on the second floor of Balaji Residency. It’s a typical Bangalore residential building that we’ve turned into our base for telecom services. The stairs are a bit narrow, and carrying equipment up and down can be a real workout. Inside, it’s mostly just a mess of cables, routers, and testing gear. The traffic outside on the main road can be pretty loud, especially during the evening rush, but we just keep the windows shut and carry on. Our technicians are usually out in the field most of the day, so the office feels a bit empty until they come back in the late afternoon with their reports and gear. We don't have a big reception desk or fancy chairs. Most of the furniture is just stuff we’ve picked up over the years that still holds up. We drink a lot of coffee to keep going, especially when we have to stay late to coordinate with site teams. Working in telecom in a city like this means things are always changing, but our little spot in the residency stays pretty much the same. It’s a practical place to work. We know the local security guards and the shopkeepers downstairs, and it feels like being part of a real neighborhood rather than just a business district.
