You can find us on the second floor of a building in RV Layout, which is in Kumara Park West. Our address is No.32. We are right opposite the BDA office, so there are always people moving around outside. If you’re looking for us, we’re behind the Nandini Hotel and quite close to Cauvery Theatre. The smell of food from Nandini sometimes drifts up to our floor. We spend our time here working on architectural drawings and plans. It’s a lot of paper, rulers, and computer screens. The office is often full of rolls of blueprints and sketches. Being near the BDA office is actually quite handy for the work we do. The area is pretty old-school Bangalore, which we like. The second-floor view gives us a bit of a look at the street life. It’s not a very big office, but it fits our team and our drafting tables. We usually have a few people coming in to discuss building designs. It’s a bit cluttered with samples of materials and different project files. We don’t have a fancy waiting room, just a couple of chairs. Most of the time, we’re just hunched over our desks trying to figure out the best way to lay out a floor plan. It’s practical work and this location in Kumara Park West serves us well for getting things done without too much fuss.
