M Venkateshchalam & Associates

You can find us in BTM Layout at 752, 7th Cross. We are right on the first floor, which is handy because the stairs aren't too bad. M Venkateshchalam & Associates is the name on the door. Being near the ICICI Bank on 14th Main makes it easy to tell people where we are. BTM Phase II is always crowded, so there’s always something happening outside the window. We spend most of our time looking at files and talking to the associates. The office is a bit cramped with all the books and papers we have lying around. It’s not one of those modern glass buildings. It’s just a solid, older place that works for us. We’ve been in this 14th Main area for quite some time now. You get used to the traffic sounds and the people walking by to the bank. Sometimes we grab a coffee from the stall down the street when things get slow. It’s a straightforward operation here. No one wears fancy suits unless they really have to. We just get the work done and keep things moving. The 7th Cross is a bit quieter than the main road, which we appreciate. It’s a good community to be a part of. We’re just a local firm doing our thing in this corner of Bangalore. There is nothing special to look at, but we are always busy with something.
