You can find our office at number 31 on the 3rd Main, right at the 3rd Cross in Bangalore. It’s a pretty standard street in a city that’s always changing. We’ve been here for a good number of years now, and the building has seen a lot. Inside, it’s a very basic setup. We have a couple of desks, a few old computers, and shelves full of folders. It’s a quiet place where we handle the business of M S Lakshmi Kantha Rao Co. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who have worked together for a long time. We mostly deal with local clients and people who have known us through word of mouth. Bangalore traffic can be a nightmare, so we try to get most of our errands done early in the morning. We don’t have a big corporate culture here. It’s more like a small family where everyone knows what they need to do. Sometimes we spend the whole day just going through records and making sure everything is in order. We don't use any complicated business talk. We just do the work that’s in front of us and try to be fair with everyone. It’s a modest way of doing things, but it’s worked for us so far. If you’re ever in our part of Karnataka, that’s where we’ll be, usually with a cup of tea and a stack of papers.
