M S Arasu Builders & Developers

Our office is up on the third floor of Sudhev Complex. If you know where South Thindies Hotel is in Basavanagudi, we are right across from there on Edward Road. M S Arasu Builders & Developers has been in this building for a bit now. It’s a busy spot, especially around lunch when everyone is heading to get food. We spend most of our time dealing with site visits and checking on how buildings are coming along. The stairs up to the third floor can be a bit much if the lift is acting up, which happens sometimes. Inside, it’s mostly just desks piled with blueprints and some coffee mugs. We started this because we wanted to build things the right way in our own neighborhood. We aren't a giant corporation with hundreds of people. It’s just a handful of us who know the streets of Basavanagudi pretty well. We talk to people about their homes or shops they want to build. Sometimes things get delayed with permits or weather, and we just tell people the truth about it. We don't see any reason to use big words or fancy promises. We just work on the projects we have in front of us. It gets a bit noisy with the traffic outside, but it feels like home. We’ve been through the ups and downs of the local market and just keep plugging away at the work. If you're around the complex, you might see us heading out to a site.
