M Md Yacoob & Son

M Md Yacoob & Son has been around Ganigarpet for a long time. Our shop is on Godon Street, specifically at 34/1. It is an old part of the city, and the streets are quite narrow around here. Most people who come to see us have been doing so for years, maybe even since my father was running things. We do not have a big sign or a fancy storefront. It is just a regular place where we keep our stock and talk to our customers. Dealing with the traffic in Ganigarpet is always a challenge, especially when we are trying to get items moved in or out of the street. It is a tight squeeze for the trucks. We spend most of our day just managing the inventory and making sure everything is where it should be. Sometimes it feels like there isn't enough space, but we make it work. The building has a lot of character, even if the walls could use a bit of paint. We prefer it this way because it feels like home to us. You won't find any high-tech gadgets here, just a lot of hard work and some honest conversations over tea. People in the neighborhood know us by name, which is nice. We just keep our heads down and do what we have to do every day. It is a family thing, passed down through the years, and we just try to keep the legacy alive in our own small way.
