M K R And Company is located on the first floor of a building at 33 1 Sampangiram Nagar. If you’re coming from the main road, it’s right on 8th Cross in S R Nagar. We are easy to spot because we’re near Hotel GEO and directly opposite South Indian Bank, which helps people find us. The stairs up to the office are a bit narrow, so you have to be careful if you’re carrying anything heavy. It’s a busy neighborhood, especially during the middle of the day when everyone is out for lunch or going to the bank. Inside our space, things are pretty functional. We have desks, some chairs for visitors, and lots of folders filled with records. It’s not the kind of place where everything is perfectly organized, but we know where everything is. The fans hum all day to keep the air moving, and you can hear the street noise through the windows. We’ve been here for a long time, and the building has seen better days, but it works for us. Most of our day is spent dealing with numbers and paperwork. We don’t do a lot of talking unless a client is sitting across from us. It’s a quiet, steady kind of work environment.
