M J Sanitation

We set up M J Sanitation over here in Rambaug Colony, right on Horamavu Paud Road. The address is 399/1 if you’re looking for it. It’s a bit of a walk from the main bus stop, but it’s a quiet enough area most of the time. We sell things like pipes, taps, and all the bits and pieces you need for bathrooms or kitchens. The shop is filled with crates and boxes, so you have to watch your step when you come in. My cousin and I mostly run the place, and we spend a lot of time talking to plumbers or homeowners who aren't quite sure what size valve they need. It’s dusty work, moving heavy ceramic and metal parts around all day. We don’t have any fancy displays with lights. It’s more of a warehouse feel where things are stacked up where they fit. Sometimes we don't have exactly what someone wants in stock, so we have to order it and tell them to come back in a few days. That’s just the way it works here. We’ve been at this spot for a few years now. The neighborhood is growing, so there’s always someone building a new floor or fixing a leak. We try to keep the prices fair, nothing too crazy. It’s just a regular local shop for regular building needs. We like that people can just drop in and talk through what they're fixing.
