M & M Architects

M & M Architects is over in the 5th Block, at number 58 on Banaswadi Kalyana Mantap Road. It is a busy spot, and we have been working out of this office for quite a few years now. We are a small team, and we don't really go for the corporate look. The office is usually full of rolls of paper, samples of building materials, and a lot of coffee mugs. We spend our days designing houses and other small buildings around the area. Banaswadi Kalyana Mantap Road is easy to find, which is good for our clients who want to drop by. We don't have a big sign or a fancy lobby. Most of our work comes through word of mouth from people we have helped before. We aren't interested in being a giant firm. We just like to focus on the projects we have in front of us. Sometimes we get a bit bogged down with the technical stuff, but we always figure it out. We like to keep things simple and talk to our clients like regular people. There is no polished sales talk here. If a design idea is too expensive or won't work, we just say so. It is a straightforward way to do business. We have seen the neighborhood change a lot, but we are still here at number 58 doing our drawings and planning out new spaces for people.
