Lw Strategy Consulting Private Limited is based out of Mahaveer Maple in Thubrahalli. We are up on the sixth floor, room 605. It’s a decent spot right near Kundalahalli Junction, though the road construction nearby can be a bit of a headache sometimes. We do strategy work, which sounds a bit formal, but really it’s just helping people figure out where their business is going. We started this because we realized a lot of smaller companies were struggling to see the big picture. It’s just a few of us here. The office isn’t huge, but it has a good view of Varthur Main Road. We spend a lot of time on calls or staring at whiteboards. It’s not a flashy life, but it’s good work. Sometimes we lose track of time when we're deep into a project and the sun starts to set over the city. Bangalore has so many consulting firms, but we try to keep things more grounded. We don't use a lot of jargon or big words. If something isn't working, we just say it. That's the way we’ve always done things. Being near the junction makes it easy for people to drop by, even if the Bangalore traffic is a bit much. We’ve settled into this neighborhood well over the years. It’s a busy place, but our office feels like a quiet spot to actually get things done. We’re just regular people trying to provide some useful perspective to other businesses without charging a fortune or acting like we know everything.
