Loanie Construction

You can find us on the 1st floor of building 01 on Veersandra Hosur Road. We are right there in Electronic City Phase 1, which is always moving. A lot of people use the SBI Bank nearby as a reference point to find us. Being Loanie Construction, we are usually thinking about building things, but the office is where the planning happens. It’s a practical space. We don't have fancy decor or anything like that. Just some chairs, tables, and lots of papers scattered around. It gets a bit loud with the traffic from Hosur Road sometimes, but we are used to it by now. Electronic City is a busy hub, but our little corner feels okay. We’ve been here for a while. It’s just a regular office where we handle the day-to-day stuff. We don't have a big sales team. It’s just a few of us making sure things get done. The stairs up to the first floor are a bit narrow. We usually have some boots and helmets near the door because we’re often going out to sites. It’s a no-nonsense kind of place. We like being near the bank because it’s easy for errands. We just do our work and go home. That's how it's always been at Loanie Construction. There is a small window that looks out over the road where we can see the traffic piling up in the evenings. We usually stay until the sun goes down, checking over the final numbers for the projects. It is a solid, simple little office for us.
